OMAHA, Neb., Dec. 22, 2025 – This winter at Scooter’s Coffee, our cozy brunch club doesn’t only meet during the mornings or weekends. Our new winter menu lineup features new breakfast-inspired flavors so you can do brunch with those you love all day, every day, starting Monday, December 29.
The Winter menu at Scooter’s Coffee includes nods to breakfast classics like waffles, cinnamon rolls, banana bread, and French toast including:
Salted caramel with our new Salted Caramel Waffle Latte, a buttery, salty, and indulgent latte complete with a mini waffle on top! We’ve also brought back two fan-favorites: Our Sea Salt Caramelicious® is back to solve the winter blues, and our Salted Caramel Crème Cold Brew returns for a smooth and bold take on salted caramel.
Cinnamon with our new Cinnalicious, a sweet and spiced cinnamon forward spin on our signature Caramelicious, or indulge in a warm and comforting classic with our baked Cinnamon Roll. Enjoy them together for a cinna-mazing way to start your day!
Banana bread, a true brunch MVP, with our Banana Bread Chai or Banana Bread Lattetopped with whipped cream and banana streusel topping. Double your banana bread fix Go bananas and pair that drink with our new Banana Bread Muffin, an a-peeling new muffin featuring sweet and warm banana bread flavor topped with cinnamon streusel.
Bubbles and berries with our Berry Spritz Sparkling Soda featuring sparkling soda with strawberry and raspberry flavors topped with a candied orange slice.
French toast through our newest breakfast sandwich, the French Toastie! It’s a sweet and savory sandwich featuring bacon, Havarti cheese, and a fried egg patty stacked between two pieces of cinnamon swirl bread glazed with cinnamon butter.
Scoot On Around® to Scooter’s Coffee each Sunday in January after 10 a.m. to score one of four collectible Cozy Brunch Club stickers. Each week will feature a different sticker to celebrate brunch staples like French toast, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and waffles. Take a lighter approach to brunch with new sugar-free flavors including white mocha, strawberry, blue raspberry, and pomegranate peach!
